Hold a 'Local Event'

You can hold your own event in your school, university, TAFE, community, church or workplace where young people can come along and vote.

This can be as simple as a morning tea or BBQ where students can come along, listen to a talk on climate change, and cast their vote. You might like to include music, speakers, or something else to encourage people to attend.

We look forward to seeing hundreds such events across the country during the week of Youth Decide. This will enable us to show the nation that young people are taking action on their future by participating in this vote.

Please note that if you are playing music at your event an APRA licence will be required if the venue where the event takes place is unlicensed.
